MONROE, La. – ULM will play its final non-conference weekend series of the season as it welcomes No. 26 Dallas Baptist to Warhawk Field for a three-game series beginning Friday night at 6 p.m. Game two of the series is on Saturday at 6 p.m. while Sunday's finale is set for 1 p.m.

All three games will air on KMLB 540 AM in Monroe as well as online (Nick White, pxp). Live stats as well as live video (via Warhawks All-Access) will also be available for all three games.

First Pitch…
• ULM enters the weekend series with a 7-9 record overall, while Dallas Baptist sits at 11-5... The Patriots dropped their lone midweek game to No. 22 Oklahoma State (L, 6-7, Dallas, Texas).
• ULM and Dallas Baptist have met a total of six times on the diamond... The Warhawks won the first ever meeting between the two programs, a 6-5 win on May 28, 1970 at the NAIA Area II Tournament... ULM won the second meeting between the two, a 5-2 win on Feb. 12, 1999... Since then the Patriots have won four straight contests over the Warhawks (W, 2-1, Apr. 8, 2008; W, 18-5, Apr. 9, 2008 [Both games in Monroe]; W, 13-11, Mar. 17, 2009; W, 14-7, Mar. 18, 2009 [Both games in Dallas]).
• ULM dropped game one of the midweek series at McNeese State, 11-2, on Tuesday... The squad bounced back with a 12-4 win in Wednesday's series finale.
• The 12 runs scored by ULM marked the fourth time this season the Warhawks have scored 10 or more runs in a game this season.
Danny Springer highlighted the offensive explosion in Wednesday's contest as he belted a pair of three-run homers en route to a seven RBI night... It was the first multi-homer game and he now has 12 career homers... He is the second Warhawk to tally multiple homers in one game this season (Spencer Hemphill, at Western Carolina, Feb. 27, 2016).
Danny Springer's seven RBI marked the first time a ULM player tallied seven or more RBI in a single game since Corben Green had seven RBI at Northwestern State on Feb. 27, 2011.. In that game against the Demons, Green hit for the cycle as he went 5-for-5 at the dish.
• ULM also received solid efforts from Cade Stone, Nathan Pugh and Kyle Schimpf in the 12-4 win... Stone finished 3-for-5 with one RBI and one run while Pugh reached base safely in all five plate appearances as he had three hits, including a triple, one walk, one hit by pitch, four runs and one RBI... Schimpf recorded a pair of doubles with one RBI and one run.
Jacob Stockton did not record a hit (0-2), but he made the Cowboys pay as he drew three walks and scored three runs in the win on Wednesday night.
Nathan Pugh's four runs scored marked the first time that ULM scored four or more runs in a single game since Kodie Tidwell scored five times against Stephen F. Austin (Feb. 20, 2015; DH Game 2).
• On the bump, rookie Ethan Daily earned his second win of the season as he tossed five complete innings, surrendering two runs on three hits and two walks with two strikeouts against McNeese State on Wednesday night... His first win of his collegiate career earlier this season in a relief effort at Western Carolina (Feb. 28, 2016).
• In Tuesday's game against the Cowboys, Josh Faciane notched his third multi-hit game of 2016 as he finished 2-for-3 at the plate with one RBI.
