MONROE, La. – The annual baseball and softball intersquad fall scrimmage schedules have been set. The baseball team's Blood Series, pitting the Gold and Maroon squads, began on Monday night and is a five game series. The softball team's Maroon and Gold World Series will begin in mid-November.
The baseball Blood Series' remaining games will be Wednesday and Friday nights, with both games starting at 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday with games at 11:00 a.m. at Warhawk Field.
Due to the installation of the softball team's new turf infield, the Maroon and Gold World Series has been backed up and will now be played November 16 and 17 at Geo-Surfaces Field at the ULM Softball Complex.
