FROM COACH DOW

"UTA is a very talented team. They are a program that is certainly on the rise and is a program that has established themselves as probably one of the better mid-major teams this year in Division I. Of course it starts with Rebekah VanDijk, Sun Belt Player of the Year, who is having a terrific season. Also, Cierra Johnson, who is a junior, a great defender and has been increasing her scoring. They have done a great job in adding some key pieces around those two for a four guard line-up that makes them difficult to match up with. For those reasons we know that we have our hands full."
