Sun Belt Indoor Conference Tournament

Birmingham, Ala. – The ULM men's and women's track & field gets set to compete in the Sun Belt Conference Championships beginning on Monday in Birmingham, Alabama.

-Levaughn Battick is coming off of a new personal best in winning the 60 meter hurdles last weekend in the Samford Invitational. Kourtni Russell looks to do the same on the women's side as she had a new personal best in the same event a few weeks back at LSU and looks to improve even more in Birmingham.
-La'Porcha Griggs is coming off of her best performance in the 60 meter event with a 7.69 meter time in the Samford event and looks to carry that momentum again into conference.
-Dahndre Washington enters his first conference championship coming off of an improving indoor season which saw him set personal record in the long and triple jump both at the Houston Invitational.
-At last year's conference tournament, now senior Alton Clay Jr. set a season-best of over three meters in the weight throw to become a gold medalist

-ULM will begin preparation for the outdoor season which is slated to kickoff at the McNeese Louisiana Challenge on Saturday March 11.
