Cole Dial was hired by ULM in February 2016 as its Director of Recruiting and Player Personnel.
Dial was with the Syracuse football program for six years. He began assisting with the Orange’s recruiting efforts in 2013. Some highlights of his tenure include creating a Syracuse football recruiting app for iPads and planning visits for prospective student-athletes. Dial's efforts helped the Orange get their highest-rated recruiting class in 15 years.
He also filled the role of quality control for administrative support from 2011-12, and worked as an intern for the team during the 2010-11 academic year. Dial began his career in athletics administration as a community coach for Walton High School in Atlanta from 2008-10.
Dial, who moves to Northeast Louisiana with his fiancee, Victoria, received a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Reinhardt University in 2010. He played one season of collegiate football at Presbyterian College before transferring to Reinhardt.
