MONROE, La. -- To celebrate this season's incredible fan support and as part of "Fan Appreciation Day", all 2012 ULM Football season tickets not used for previous home games will be valid for general admission to the East stands this Saturday when ULM hosts North Texas at 3 p.m. in the home finale.
This season, the Warhawks have averaged more than 20,000 fans through four home games in Malone Stadium. The season opener, a nationally televised matchup against Baylor, set the all-time stadium record by drawing a crowd of 31,175.
Season tickets of all types not redeemed for one of the four home games played this season can be presented at Gate 9 on Saturday for admission into the Hawk's Nest (sections 211-219) on the East side of Malone Stadium.
Gameday activities on Saturday include the annual ULM Alumni Chili Cookoff, KidZone in The Grove, music by Jack Rabbit Slim and the Hawk Walk through The Grove. On the field prior to kickoff, the 12 members of the 2012 senior class will be honored as they prepare for their final contest in Malone Stadium.
ULM sports a 6-4 record in 2012, including a thrilling overtime win against then-ranked No. 8 Arkansas, which was dubbed "The Shock in Little Rock." The Warhawks have reached bowl eligibility for the third time in five seasons and the first time since 2009. For more information regarding the bowl game scenario, click here.
