MONROE, La. -- The ULM football team will officially wrap up spring practices on Saturday afternoon when it holds its annual Maroon & Gold Spring Game inside Malone Stadium.
The Spring Game will begin at 1 p.m. and the contest will be a full four-quarter game with a 15 minute running clock and normal scoring (TDs, FGs, and PATs). There will also be a halftime during the event and the Warhawks will honor its 2013 letterwinners as well as hand out its specialty awards.
The maroon team will be coached by Joey Trappey, while the gold team will be guided by Stewart Cathey, Jr. Following the Spring Game, the ULM football team will be on hand to sign autographs and take photos with Warhawk fans.
The program's seniors were split up by the coaching staff before setting the final roster with their draft picks. If one team selected a starter (per most recent depth chart) at a particular position, then that players backup was automatically placed on the other squad.
