2008 (Junior): Elected defensive captain by his teammates...played and started in two games before missing rest of season with injury...had five tackles and a quarterback hurry in his limited action -- four tackles in opener at Auburn

2007 (Sophomore): Named to the ESPN The Magazine ­Academic All-District First Team...finished third on the team with 68 tackles, ­including three tackles for loss and a sack...intercepted a pair of passes, coming against Troy and Grambling State...had a career-high 11 tackles at Texas A&M...opponents averaged 152.7 fewer yards per game when he played the rover position (seven games)...had six pass breakups on the season, with two at Texas A&M...had at least five tackles in all 10 games played...missed a pair of games (Florida Atlantic, Middle Tennessee) due to injury...forced a ­fumble late in the fourth quarter at Alabama; also broke up a pass on ­Alabama’s final offensive play of the game to preserve the ­victory
