Event: NCAA South Central Region Championship

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The ULM men’s and women’s cross country teams were represented by eight total runners on Saturday morning in the NCAA South Central Region Championship races, with Elias Keter and Edith Jebet pacing the Warhawks in the two races.

NOTABLES

-In the men’s 10K race, Keter turned in a time of 33:01.1 to finish in 89th place to lead the Warhawks, while John Neal (111th) finished in 33:55.9, followed by Brandon McDonald (119th, 34:23.4) and Jonathan Jeffcoat (125th, 34:35.0).

-The women’s 6K race saw Jebet pace ULM with her 93rd place finish with a time of 23:33.9, while Angela Jepchirchir finished 105th with a time of 23:50.9, followed by Kaitlin Fleming (132nd, 24:52.1) and Kennedy Smith (144th, 27:04.2).
