Trophy Club, Texas - The ULM women’s golf team wrapped up the ORU/SFA Spring Break Invite on Wednesday as one of three teams to tie for seventh in the event.

-Shani White led the Warhawks for a third straight day on Wednesday as she posted a 76 and finished in eighth place in the event overall. On Wednesday she was able to go over a six hole stretch with three birdies and a lone bogey before a double bogey on hole 18 spoiled her round and led to her four-over par score of 76.

-Olivia Landberg rounded out the tournament with a plus-six score of 78 on Wednesday. She struggled early with a plus-five score of 41, however she turned it around nicely on the backside. After going plus-three she stepped up to the 17th tee where she buried her tee shot for an ace to finish her back nine at plus-one.

-Devanshi Naik finished the tournament with a 79 (+7) on her card Wednesday. She opened with a 38 highlighted by a pair of birdies on her front nine. She struggled on her back nine and came in with a 41 on her second nine.

-Scarlett Eaton struggled on Wednesday, as she was only able to put together an 83 for her final round. Eaton’s highlight on her final round was back-to-back birdies on the 14th and 15th holes.

-Michaela Osborne rounded out the Warhawks group with a 84 on Wednesday as she struggled early with a 45 before being able to bounce back nicely on her second nine with a plus-three of 39.

-Ashton Maddaloni, playing as an individual, rounded out the tournament with an 83 on her final round. After a 39 going out, Maddaloni was unable to get anything going in route to a 44 coming in which led to her 83 score.

Head Coach Joni Stephens

Thought on the Round: We hit more greens today but struggled with putting. We did not position ourselves well on some of the greens resulting in too many three putts. Shani had a solid tournament, and I was very pleased to see her come in with a Top 10 finish.

-The Warhawks now head to Stockbridge, Georgia for the John Kirk Panther Intercollegiate. That event will begin on Sunday, March 26.
