Head Coach Joni Stephens
Thought on the Round: We started out a little rough on our front nine, with temperatures in high 30's at the start of our round, and made the turn at plus-12. However, the girls really settled down on the back side and finished strong. We were three-under as a team on hole 16, and finished the day at plus-15 (plus-3 on the last nine holes). Our goal has been to get five scores in the 70's and we accomplished that today. We still struggled with some indecision on shot-making and club selection. That has to get better. But we saw good progress. I am really proud of their effort.
-The Warhawks will again be on the links on Wednesday morning with tee times slated for between 8:57-9:51 for the final round of the ORU/SFA Spring Break Invite.
