QUOTEABLES

Head Coach Joni Stephens

Thought on the Event: I saw some good things today. We hit more fairways and greens, and we stuck to our game plan. Tomorrow we need to find the rhythm of our game sooner - it took some time for us to settle into a good rhythm. A few errant swings got us into trouble off the fairway and resulted in too many doubles. We did have some really good approach shots that put us in birdie positions and some well-executed chips to save par, but were unable to finish them out.

UP NEXT

-The Warhawks will be back on the Fighting Joe Course on Tuesday morning for the second round of the Sun Belt Conference Championship. ULM will tee off at 8:00 a.m. in eight minute incraments off of the 10th tee, paired with South Alabama.
