Women's Basketball Celebrates Seniors on Saturday

MONROE, La. – The ULM women’s basketball team will honor its four seniors this Saturday afternoon prior to taking on Texas State in the Warhawks' final Sun Belt Conference regular season game.

Dani Anderson: After two years as a Warhawk, Dani Anderson will graduate with a degree in pre-nursing. Anderson has played in 31 total games for the Warhawks and has averaged 10.9 minutes per game. She made her collegiate debut against Dillard in November 2015 and, since then, the Oak Grove, Louisiana, native holds a 40 percent career field goal percentage, a 72 percent free throw percentage, 69 total rebounds (45 defensive), 10 assists, eight blocks and six steals.

Journee Beard: After four years as a Warhawk, Journee Beard will graduate with a degree in health studies. Beard played in 76 career games and averages 11.6 minutes per game. The Baton Rouge native currently holds a 65 percent free throw percentage, 59 total rebounds (51 defensive), 56 assists and 24 steals in her career.

Andreanna Jackson: After two years as a Warhawk, Andreanna Jackson will graduate with a degree in physical therapy. Jackson has played in a total of 44 games for ULM and averages 20 minutes per contest. The Rayville, Louisiana, native currently holds a 34 percent career field goal percentage, is a 31 percent three-point shooter, has a 70 percent free throw percentage and has recorded a total of 171 rebounds (110 defensive) to go along with 60 assists, 30 steals and 10 blocks.

Stephanie Ratliff:  After two years as a Warhawk, Stephanie Ratliff will graduate with a degree in general studies with a focus in social sciences. Ratliff has played in a total of 51 games for ULM and averages 15.8 minutes per game. The Orlando, Florida, native is a career 50 percent field goal shooter and holds a 67 percent free throw percentage. She has pulled down a total of 233 rebounds (139 defensive), blocked 94 shots, recorded 28 steals and has 19 assists. She has made her mark in the record book and currently sits tied for fifth in blocked shots in a season (50) and is tied for third in blocks averaged in a season (58). Ratliff also is 10th all-time in career blocked shots (94) and is currently third in program history in blocks averaged in a career (1.8).
